01 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern your access to and use of the teguh777 platform, including the website accessible at teguh777.cam, all associated subdomains, mobile-optimised interfaces, and any products or services provided thereunder (collectively, the "Platform" or "Service"). The Platform is operated by teguh777 ("Company", "we", "us", "our").

02 Definitions

• "Account" means the individual, non-transferable registered account created by a User on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the aggregate of deposited funds, credited bonuses, and net winnings held within a User's Account at any given time.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free spin, cashback amount, or VIP reward granted by teguh777 to a User under applicable promotional terms.

• "User" / "Player" means any natural person who has created a registered Account on the Platform.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum total amount a User must bet before Bonus funds become eligible for withdrawal, expressed as a multiple of the Bonus amount.
• "Withdrawal" means a request by a User to transfer funds from their Account Balance to an external payment instrument registered to that User.

03 Account Eligibility

Registration and use of the teguh777 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and on a continuous basis throughout the duration of the Account:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. teguh777 strictly prohibits access by persons under the age of 21. We reserve the right to request proof of age documentation at any time and to suspend or permanently close any Account where satisfactory proof of age cannot be provided.

04 Account Registration & Security

To access the full range of services on the Platform, you are required to complete the registration process by providing accurate, complete, and current information as prompted. You agree to maintain the accuracy of this information and to update it promptly in the event of any changes.

Upon registration, you will be assigned or will select login credentials comprising a username and password. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. teguh777 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to safeguard your Account credentials.

• You must not share your Account credentials with any third party.
• You must notify teguh777's support team immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.
• teguh777 recommends enabling two-factor authentication where available.
• Accounts are strictly non-transferable. Selling, assigning, or otherwise transfering an Account to another party is prohibited.
• teguh777 reserves the right to conduct identity verification (KYC) at any stage, including prior to processing withdrawal requests.

Required KYC documentation may include a valid government-issued photo identification (such as a Malaysian National Identity Card or passport), proof of residential address issued within the preceding three months, and documentation evidencing ownership of any payment method used. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the stipulated timeframe may result in Account suspension and witholding of pending withdrawals pending resolution.

05 Deposits & Withdrawals

teguh777 supports a range of Malaysian payment methods for deposits and withdrawals. All transactions are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR/RM) unless otherwise specified. The following general terms apply to all financial transactions on the Platform:

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is RM 30, unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion.
• Accepted deposit methods include: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX (Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank, Hong Leong Connect, RHB Now), and USDT TRC20 cryptocurrency.
• teguh777 does not charge fees on deposits. However, your payment service provider may apply its own transaction fees, for which teguh777 accepts no responsibility.
• Deposits must originate from a payment method registered in the Account holder's own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted.
• e-Wallet and DuitNow deposits are typically credited instantly under normal operating conditions. FPX bank transfers may take between 5and 15 minutes.

Withdrawals:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50. Maximum withdrawal limits may apply per method and per day; please consult the cashier section of the Platform for current limits.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method previously used for deposit by the same Account holder, or to a verified bank account in the Account holder's name.
• teguh777 targets processing of most withdrawal requests within 60 minutes for e-wallet channels under standard operating conditions. This is a service target and not a contractual guarantee.
• teguh777 reserves the right to conduct enhanced verification before processing withdrawals above specified thresholds, which may extend processing times.
• Bonus funds are subject to applicable wagering requirements before they become withdrawable. Please refer to Section 6 for full details.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

teguh777 offers various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, birthday rewards, VIP cashback, and referal bonuses. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms in addition to any promotion-specific terms and conditions communicated at the time of the offer:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered Users only and are subject to the minimum deposit requirements specified in each promotion.
• Unless otherwise stated, a standard wagering requirement applies to all bonus amounts before withdrawal eligibility is established. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier will be stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Bonuses credited as part of the VIP Programme — including theBirthday Bonus (up to MYR 2,688 for Diamond tier members) and tier-based cashback — are subject to the VIP Programme terms as displayed in the Account dashboard.

• Multiple accounts or coordinated bonus abuse across related accounts will result in forfeiture of all bonus amounts and may lead to permanent Account closure.

07 Betting Rules & Game Conduct

The following general rules apply to all sports betting, live casino, slot, lottery, and arcade activities conducted on the teguh777 Platform:

• All bets placed are final once confirmed. teguh777 does not accept requests to cancel, amend, or reverse confirmed wagers except in the limited circumstances described below.
• In the event of a technical error, system failure, or manifest pricing error (including odds that are materially inconsistent with market conditions at the time of placement), teguh777 reserves the right to void affected bets regardless of whether they appear to have been settled. Voided bets will result in a refund of the original stake to the Account Balance.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per market and per event. These limits are displayed within the betting interface and may be adjusted at teguh777's discretion without prior notice.
• In-play betting markets (live football, live Liga Super Malaysia, live EPL, UFC, and other live sports) are governed by real-time data. Bets accepted after an in-play event has concluded will be void.

• Mix Parlay and accumulator bets are subject to individual selection rules; if one selection in a parlay is void, the bet is typically recalculated on the remaining selections in accordance with parlay void rules displayed on the Platform.

08 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the teguh777 Platform. Violation of any prohibition may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Balance, and referal to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Opening or using more than one Account, whether under your own identity or through the use of third-party credentials.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC verification, or any subsequent interaction with teguh777.
• Using the Platform for money laundering, financing of unlawful activities, or any other financial crime.
• Exploiting software bugs, technical errors, or pricing anomalies for financial gain.
• Coluding with other players or operating as part of a syndicate for the purpose of manipulating game or betting outcomes.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform.
• Engaging in chargebacks or reversals on deposit transactions while retaining proceeds from the deposited funds.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where such access is prohibited by local law, using VPNs or proxy services to circumvent geographic restrictions.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing teguh777 staff or other players through any communication channel.

09 Intellectual Property

All content available on the teguh777 Platform — including but not limited to software, source code, databases, graphics, logos, trademarks, trade names, text, images, audio-visual content, and the overall design of the Platform — is the exclusive property of teguh777 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to: reproduce, distribute, adapt, publicly display, or create derivative works based on any Platform content; reverse-engineer any component of the Platform software; or use any teguh777 trademarks without prior written consent.

Any unauthorised use of teguh777 intellectual property may give rise to claims for damages and may constitute a criminal offence under applicable Malaysian or international law.

10 Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The teguh777 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, teguh777 makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the Platform's uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or fitness for any particular purpose.

teguh777 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

• Your use of or inability to use the Platform or any of its features;
• Any delay, interruption, or termination of Platform services;
• Any loss of data, profits, or goodwill;
• Unauthorised access to your Account arising from your failure to secure your credentials;
• Any acts or omissions of third-party payment service providers, including delays or failures in processing deposits or withdrawals.

Where liability cannot be entirely excluded by applicable law, teguh777's aggregate liability in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11 Account Suspension & Closure

teguh777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Failure to pass identity or age verification;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion;
• Account inactivity exceding 12 consecutive months (dormant account policy);
• Request by the Account holder (self-exclusion or voluntary closure);
• Regulatory requirement or court order.

Upon Account closure, teguh777 will process any verified Balance remaining after deduction of any funds subject to ongoing investigation or bonus forfeiture proceedings, subject to satisfactory completion of KYC verification. Dormant account fees may apply in accordance with the dormant account policy, where applicable and where not restricted by governing law.

You may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting our support team via the24/7 live chat channel. Where self-exclusion is requested, teguh777 will apply the exclusion promptly and will retain the exclusion record in accordance with our responsible gambling obligations.

12 Privacy & Data Protection

These Terms are provided in English. In the event of any inconsistency between the English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.
